Full Bloom Coffee Roasters was founded on our love of great tasting and sustainable coffee.
Our aim is to make great tasting speciality coffee accessible for all!
Full Bloom was created by Matt Brown, a passionate lover of all things within the speciality coffee industry... founding the first Speciality coffee shop in Bedfordshire which has now become an award winning icelandic inspired coffee shop in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. He then created Full Bloom Coffee to further fuel his passion and expand into Roasting coffee...being able to source his own direct trade beans from some of the worlds best farms. alongside this he also began working with Prisoners, training them with Barista skills and the soft skills they needed to enter the hospitality industry in the hopes of helping to rehabilitate them through coffee. He now works as a full time Head of Coffee, Barista Trainer and Coffee consultant. He has been in the industry for a number of years and is extremely passionate about coffee, the people and places it encompasses.
It was particularly important to us when we started to stay true to our origins and ethics and as such we only source the highest quality ethically and direct traded beans, roasting them with care and attention and carbon offsetting our shipping, packing and production.
