We then combine this level of commitment to your door with sustainable environmental practices, from offsetting our carbon footprint with production and delivery, planting tree's for coffee sold and Eco packaging.

How we roast coffee
All of our coffees are test roasted on an Ikawa Sample roaster before being replicated on our trusty 10kg drum roaster.
Our approach balances science and new technology with old fashioned care and attention.

How we source coffee
We source coffee directly from producers in Brazil, Nicaragua, Colombia and Kenya amongst others with long term commitments to the same farmers and co-operatives. This means we pay prices that are well above the Fair Trade minimum price and can ensure traceability and quality.
