Located in the department of Ahuachapán, in the Apaneca - Ilammatepec mountain range, Finca El Cocal is one of the farms operated by Agricola San Agustin, a family company managed by Fernando Alfaro. The Alfaro Castaneda family have been cultivating coffee for 4 generations. In recent years San Agustin have focused their attention on producing 'boutique' differentiated coffee lots.
This special gesha lot is naturally processed with an extended 10 day anaerobic fermentation period. After fermentation the coffee is dried on raised beds under sun and shade for an average of 25 days.

Whole bean – for those with a grinder.
Coarse – for making in a cafetiere.
Medium – for pour over/ drip
Fine – for espresso and aeropress.
