Brazil is well known for producing coffees with a very distinct flavours profile that typically includes chocolate, nuts and gentle fruit notes with low acidity. Our coffees from Brazil are always fully traceable back to the farm and we look for speciality grade coffees that have been produced with care and consideration for the environment.
The tradition of coffee production has been in the Barbosa Family since the 20th century. The DBarbosa farm has been passed down for four generations and is now in the care of Great-Great grandsons Vítor Marcelo and Sergio Ricardo. The sons run the farm and take care to have direct communication with buyers from all over the world.
This coffee comes from DBarbosa on the Cachoeira farm. Cachoeira is Portugese for “waterfall”.
It’s important to order the right grind for the way you make your coffee:
